Australia – 09 Nights / 10 Days (Gold Cost, Melbourne, Sydney)

 

Day 1 – Arrival in Brisbane

Arrive at Brisbane or Gold Coast Airport, transfer on seat-in-coach (SIC) basis to your hotel and check-in for an overnight stay.

Brisbane is the state capital of Queensland with lively riverside neighbourhoods. The coffee house, restaurants, colourful nightlife, lush parks and historic buildings add charm to the picturesque landscape of the city.

Day 2 – Visit to Dreamworld (Optional Tour)

Have breakfast and then head out for a visit to Dreamworld (Optional Tour).

Open since 1981, Dreamworld is the biggest theme park in Australia. Located in Gold Coast, this place features animal exhibits and thrilling rides. Some of the animals on display here are crocodiles, snakes, koalas and tigers. If the rides are too adventurous for you, then you can entertain yourself with the various shows performed here and explore the food outlets in this place.

After spending the day here, return to the hotel for a good night’s sleep.

Day 3 – Visit to Jet Boating & Sea World (Optional Tour)

Following breakfast, transfer to experience the Jet Boating (Optional Tour) Gold Coast, Departing directly into the Broadwater and missing the slow 6 knot areas allows you to give much longer rides, more ‘Full-On’ 360 degree spins, high speed drifting and other exciting Jet Boat manoeuvres sometimes in as little as 10 cm of water..…and provides the best value jet boating experience in Australia. After the adventures morning transfers to Sea World (Optional Tour) on SIC basis.

A theme park based on the marine mammal, Sea World was opened in 1971. This huge park, located in Gold Coast, offers various water-based rides and animal exhibits for tourist’s entertainment. The shows that are regularly performed here give you the opportunity to witness the interactive nature of marine creatures, such as penguins, polar bears and seals.

Day 4 – Brisbane to Melbourne

Arrive at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport, transfer (seat-in-coach basis) to the hotel and check-in for an overnight stay.
Melbourne, the second largest city in Australia, experiences a mild oceanic climate. The unique ambience of this vibrant city is created by the combination of street art, rooftop bars, restaurants and cosmopolitan lifestyle. Often called the cultural capital of the country, Melbourne has loads of art galleries, museums, theatres, concert halls and public libraries.

Day 5 – Half-day City Tour | Visit to Phillip Island (Optional Tour)

Post breakfast, embark on a half-day city tour of Melbourne. Located in the south-eastern corner of mainland Australia, it is a vibrant city filled with restaurants, cool cafés, unbeatable art galleries and hip suburbs. Melbourne has been conferred with the title of the Most Liveable City in the World. It has various tourist attractions like Federation Square, Queen Victoria Market and Royal Botanic Gardens. After the city tour ends at the Federation Square, depart for Phillip Island.

Phillip Island (Optional Tour), located approximately 140 km from Melbourne, is a tourist destination with more than 3 million people visiting it annually. Rich in wildlife, this island provides ample spots for whale and bird watching. It features some spectacular beaches that are famous for activities like surfing and swimming. While you are here, see koalas, kangaroos and penguins in their natural habitat. Later, travel back to Melbourne and reach the hotel for some rest.

Day 6 – Great Ocean Road Adventure Tour (Optional Tour)

Have a delicious breakfast, and then go out for an excursion on the Great Ocean Road.

Great Ocean Road is approximately 240 km long, stretching along the south-eastern coast of the country. Built by the soldiers as a memorial to the martyrs of World War I, this long road connects places like Lorne, Apollo Bay and Port Campbell. On the Great Ocean Road Adventure Tour, enjoy scenic views of the Pacific Ocean, and see attractions like Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge.

After the long and wonderful journey, travel back to the hotel and rest.

Day 7 – Melbourne to Sydney

Arrive at Sydney Airport, transfer (seat-in-coach basis) to the hotel and check-in for an overnight stay.

Sydney is the state capital of New South Wales that features the world’s largest natural harbours and iconic tourist destinations like Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

Upon arrival in Sydney, transfer to the hotel on SIC basis. Check-in at the hotel, and enjoy a good night’s sleep.

Day 8 – Sightseeing in Sydney | Visit to Sea Life Aquarium | Sydney Showboat Cruise (Optional Tour)

Have a delicious breakfast and then go out for a sightseeing tour. In the morning, you can enjoy the views of the Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge and a visit to Bondi Beach.

Sydney Opera House is perhaps the most famous tourist attraction in Sydney as well as Australia. Opened in 1973, this place is among the greatest constructions of the 20th century. Its structure resembles a sailing yacht in appearance, and serves as a venue for dance, music and opera performances.

From here, move to Harbour Bridge, a gigantic steel arch bridge that was opened to the public in 1932. It weighs more than 50000 tonnes and has a height of around 134 metres above the harbour.

Proceed to Bondi Beach, a sea side neighbourhood in the eastern Sydney. It is an ideal place to soak up the sun or a session of surfing on gentle waves.

Thereafter, reach King Street Wharf near Darling Harbour on your own and exchange Combo 4 Pass voucher for admissions to Sea Life Aquarium, WildLife Sydney, Madame Taussads, and Sydney Tower Eye.

Sea Life Aquarium displays more than 700 species, in around 14 different themed zones. This public aquarium provides an insight into the marine life of Australia. The animals on display here are sharks, octopus, dugong, penguins and platypus.

In the evening, reach King Street Wharf number 5 on your own to join Sydney Showboat cruise (Optional Tour). During this cruise experience, enjoy a show featuring ballet dance, and performances by magician and cabaret singer.

Return to the hotel and relax with a sound sleep.

Day 9 – Blue Mountains Tour| Port Stephens Dolphin Tour & Dolphin Watch Cruise & 4WD Sand Boarding| Hunter Valley Wineries (Optional Tour)

After breakfast, travel to the Blue Mountains for exploring the regional flora and fauna of this place.

The Blue Mountains is a part of the Greater Blue Mountains Area – a World Heritage Site. It features scenic waterfalls, deep gorges, lush eucalyptus forests, high rising cliffs and ancient caves. It is a biodiversity hotspot and an appropriate personification of the endemic flora and fauna of the country.

You can see and admire the diverse wildlife in a nearby Wildlife Park. Also visit Scenic World, and enjoy adventurous rides that offer breathtaking views of Katoomba Falls, Three Sisters and Jamison Valley. During this tour, you will be served a delicious lunch.

Spend the afternoon relaxing at the Hunter Valley village. Dont miss the delights in the chocolate shop. Our fun filled day is done! Relax as we travel back to the city with a smile on our face.

Later in the evening, return to Sydney and reach the hotel and sleep.

Day 10 – Departure from Sydney

Have a filling breakfast and then transfer to the airport on SIC basis for departure. Tour Ends.
